Then Jet set to the sun in Puerto Escondido to continue our  immersion…beach, yoga, surfing, bioluminescence, kayaking, indigenous temazcal,  fresh food, relaxation, meditation beach walks and so much more. Attempting these bat shit crazy poses brings us into the present moment and into our bodies. That’s the point. If we can wrestle with and survive an arm balance we can kung fu any part of our day. Come play–all levels welcome!


Introduction to Mindfulness

This six-week course is designed for newcomers seeking an introduction to mindfulness meditation, or for those simply wishing to deepen their practice. Together, we’ll investigate the origins of mindfulness and its four foundations: body, feelings, mind, and experience. Students will leave with the knowledge and confidence to incorporate mindfulness meditation into their daily lives.
