Explore Mexico City, the pyramids of Teotihuacan and climb into the crater of Nevado de Toluca (one of Mexico’s volcanoes)! Then Jet set to the sun in Puerto Escondido to continue our  immersion…beach, yoga, surfing, bioluminescence, kayaking, indigenous temazcal,  fresh food, relaxation, meditation beach walks and so much more. Introduction to Mindfulness

This six-week course is designed for newcomers seeking an introduction to mindfulness meditation, or for those simply wishing to deepen their practice. Together, we’ll investigate the origins of mindfulness and its four foundations: body, feelings, mind, and experience. Students will leave with the knowledge and confidence to incorporate mindfulness meditation into their daily lives.

b|e balanced: a workshop designed to explore how yoga can affect our mood. Mood fluctuations are part of life and each yoga posture has specific benefits that can support us along the way. You’ll learn asanas and breathing practices to support the nervous system and help soothe body and mind. Each class will offer new ways to deepen your practice with plenty of attention to alignment, breathing and meditation.  Advanced registration required as space is limited. $15 per workshop. THE ART OF THE SPIRITUAL WARRIOR

A four week series with Diane & Lilly designed to develop tools that aid the Spiritual Warrior making their WAY in the world.

In this series we will: focus awareness, process stuck emotions, set intentions, use breath to quiet the mind & calm the body, raise vibration by fostering gratitude, seek guidance from, and communicate with, the Universe.

1st 4 Wednesday’s in May. 7:00-8:30pm | Full series tuition $80, no drop ins.

Yoga is about YOU. Vinyasa simply means incorporating breath with movement. The physical aspect of the practice helps builds strength, muscle length, alignment, mobility, and better bodily function overall. But the physical asanas are tools–less stress is placed on the heat or the “power” aspect of the practice, and more focus is placed on using the asanas and movement to breathe, to build awareness and connection to your mind and body.  We invite students to really own and feel empowered by their practice. 

All of our classes at be. are founded on the notion of empowerment. All classes are all levels, designed for every|body, whether you’ve never practiced or have practiced for eons.  Emphasis is given to practicing yoga: building your practice and adapting the yoga postures to your body, not adapting your body to the yoga postures.
