Think of how much shifts in a 60-90 minute practice…how you feel after savasana. Now times that by 200. Spend 200 hours on you this Fall.
Life is yoga. In this training you will learn how to bridge the gap between what you feel and how you move on your mat, and how you feel and how you move through your life. Experiencing change in your life is always difficult–but working to create change within yourself is even more so. This training will be both one of the hardest and one of the best things you’ll do in your life.
This training is intentionally kept small so that there is the chance to individualize this experience and so that you can be fully heard and seen. While there are no exams, this training will push you to be present, to participate and to do the deep personal work the practice of yoga asks of us. While tough–physically, mentally and or emotionally– at times, it is well worth the work you will put into yourself and well worth the very real, concrete results this yoga training process consistently delivers–whether it be in the form of life changing experiences, shifts in old and sometimes self-sabotaging habits & patterns, a new level of understanding of and accessibility to this 3,000+ year old practice, or anything in between.
