b|e balanced: a workshop designed to explore how yoga can affect our mood. Mood fluctuations are part of life and each yoga posture has specific benefits that can support us along the way. You’ll learn asanas and breathing practices to support the nervous system and help soothe body and mind. Each class will offer new ways to deepen your practice with plenty of attention to alignment, breathing and meditation.  Advanced registration required as space is limited. $15 per workshop.
