camel that attempts to keep my tough love character and logically driven brain in check. The one that has trained my body, sometimes annoyingly, to soften when I feel anger, causing my mind to voluntarily follow suit…eventually and against its will at times.
High five to the journey!
It seems counter intuitive, but what I was lacking and so desperately needed was “rest”—which is when your body and mind actually recover, rebuild and integrate. It wasn’t until I found yoga that I began to learn how to rest, how to restore. And even then it has taken me almost another 20 years to give myself permission to rest. It’s when we rest, when we surrender, that the universe takes over—literally, the rest of the world continues and does not come to a screeching halt just because we decided to stop—and we allow all of our hard work to manifest itself. Sound like bullshit? It isn’t…
regenerate, and emotional integration and release to occur. When we reach this state we wake more peaceful, we feel more gratitude and less overwhelmed by life, less apt to kill people and more ready to kick ass. But, true rest isn’t just sleep…

SEPT 8TH – DEC 8TH, WEEKENDS ONLY
LIMITED TO 20 STUDENTS IN ORDER TO INDIVIDUALIZE TRAINING
Tired of not living to your true potential or the life you want? Maybe you just need some kind of change or something more? If you’re reading this, the desire & need is already there–consciously or subconsciously your body & mind is asking & craving for a deeper connection to yourself, your life & your practice.
Life is yoga. In this training you will learn how to bridge the gap between what you feel and how you move on your mat, and how you feel and how you move through your life. Experiencing change in your life is always difficult–but working to create change within yourself is even more so. This training will be both one of the hardest and one of the best things you’ll do in your life.
This training is intentionally kept small so that there is the chance to individualize this experience and so that you can be fully heard and seen. While there are no exams, this training will push you to be present, to participate and to do the deep personal work the practice of yoga asks of us. While tough–physically, mentally and or emotionally– at times, it is well worth the work you will put into yourself and well worth the very real, concrete results this yoga training process consistently delivers–whether it be in the form of life changing experiences, shifts in old and sometimes self-sabotaging habits & patterns, a new level of understanding of and accessibility to this 3,000+ year old practice, or anything in between.
Registration is now open.
See our Teacher Training page for more details or to register and or email email@example.com with any questions.
